Join Us for the Spring Musical: Something Rotten!

March 21st and 22nd at 7 p.m., and March 23rd at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Join our High School Theatre Program as they present our spring musical! Something Rotten is the story of two playwright brothers in Renaissance England. The problem? They just can’t compete with Shakespeare. So, they hire a fortune teller to predict the next big thing in theatre... and set out to write the world’s first musical. Packed with zany humor and (of course) a toe-tapping score, Something Rotten takes the Bard to Broadway, shamelessly plundering everything from Romeo and Juliet to West Side Story, Hamlet to Hamilton.
Performances are March 21 and 22 at 7 p.m., and March 23 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Purchase tickets at ai.booktix.net. Tickets are $11 (adults)/$8.50 (students/seniors) online and $12 (adults)/$9 (students/seniors) at the door. Aquinas students and staff get in free with ID. Parental discretion advised: like all of Shakespeare’s plays, this one includes mature language and references. Email mbarbour@aprender-a-bailar.com with questions.
Please bring a nonperishable pantry or toiletry item to the box office before the show. All donations will fill Aquinas’s Free Little Food Pantry to serve our Maplewood neighbors in need.
